Rebecca Moritzky, Heart Strings Harps, has been playing the harp for thirteen years. She is currently a student at the Lamont School of Music, University of Denver. Rebecca has been performing on the harp for the past eight years in a variety of settings. She is currently a member of the Lamont Symphony Orchestra, the Denver Young Artists Orchestra, played on the CSO Side-by-Side, and for the Lakewood Symphony Orchestra. This past summer she toured Germany and the Czech Republic with the DYAO and played a solo in Prague.
Her harp performance has taken her from everywhere in and around Denver, into the mountains, to New York, Utah, and most recently she played at the World Harp Congress in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Rebecca has played for over 100 weddings. She plays for art galleries, tea rooms, special events, churches, receptions and retirement communities. Her program for any event is tailor made to the desires of the audience and is comfortable in any setting.
